You want to create response templates for MirrorChat. Here are the steps to follow:
Log in to your MirrorChat session.
Click on a conversation.
At the bottom left, click on the icon next to the smiley face:
Then, click on Add a response:
Finally, configure your template:
You can add merge tags such as “First name” and “Last name”. This will save you having to copy and paste your contact's first or last name.
Save and refresh the page.
Next, you'll see the title of your template in the bar at the top of the message area, and by clicking on it, your template will be copied and pasted onto your text area. And that's it! :)
